About Laurie

Office Manager

Laurie has been an office worker for over 30 years. She ventured into homebuilding 12 years ago when she became the financial controller for a spec home builder in Alberta. This was a ‘aha’ moment for her. She had found an industry that she loved. There is always something challenging to learn and over the years she has taken many courses related to the homebuilding industry.

Laurie moved to Victoria just over 3 years ago and joined the Road’sEnd team almost immediately. Just when she thought she knew a lot about building, she encountered another learning curve with building custom homes and she loved it. Laurie is the staff accountant and does anything office related, including marketing, estimating and social media.

In her free time you will find Laurie, her husband, family and new puppy enjoying Vancouver Island and everything it has to offer.
